Something obviously is wrong with the brain of the average Nigerian. His/her life has been so monetized to the point that money should be acquired at all costs. This is why those with access to government money are engaged in mindless looting while the very poor throw caution to the wind to scoop fuel from fallen tankers irrespective of how fresh in the memory such similar incidents have led to scores, sometimes hundreds of deaths of people involved in such acts.
